OptiBiotix Health plc (AIM: OPTI), a life sciences business developing products to tackle obesity, high cholesterol and diabetes, announces that it has entered into a joint development agreement with Firmenich.  The agreement allows for collaboration between both parties to develop new products containing OptiBiotix’s SweetBiotix®.

The agreement grants Firmenich rights to manufacture and sell SweetBiotix products as an ingredient or in final product solutions in return for sales based milestone and royalty payments.

Firmenich, the world’s largest privately-owned fragrance and taste company, was founded in Geneva, Switzerland, in 1895. It is a leading business-to-business company specialized in the research, creation, manufacture and sale of perfumes, flavors and ingredients, and is one of the world’s largest Stevia suppliers. Joint Development Agreement signed with Firmenich

OptiBiotix Health plc (AIM: OPTI), a life sciences business developing products to tackle obesity, high cholesterol and diabetes, announces that it has entered into a joint development agreement with Firmenich.  The agreement allows for collaboration between both parties to develop new products containing OptiBiotix’s SweetBiotix®.

The agreement grants Firmenich rights to manufacture and sell SweetBiotix products as an ingredient or in final product solutions in return for sales based milestone and royalty payments.

Firmenich, the world’s largest privately-owned fragrance and taste company, was founded in Geneva, Switzerland, in 1895. It is a leading business-to-business company specialized in the research, creation, manufacture and sale of perfumes, flavors and ingredients, and is one of the world’s largest Stevia suppliers.
