OptiBiotix Health plc (AIM: OPTI), a life sciences business developing compounds to tackle obesity, high cholesterol and diabetes, announces that, further to the previous announcement made on 17 December 2018 regarding the appointment of Frédéric Narbel as Managing Director of OptiBiotix's prebiotic division (containing SweetBiotix, OptiBiotic and microbiome modulating technology platforms), the regulatory due diligence process required for a board position has been completed. The text below sets out the required disclosures.

Pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, the following information is disclosed in respect of Frédéric André Narbel (aged 34):
